• Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, segment to achieve targets.
• Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and nage the day-today activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy far a ssigned geography, product line, market segment, or list, customer accounts.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, rev and costs against forecasts to enues, identify problem allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team.
